If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


To Return or Exchange an Item:
Initiate Your Return: Please contact us to start the return process. Ensure you have your original order number ready. For returns, your item must be securely packed and shipped back to our facility. For exchanges, follow the instructions provided during the return process.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely received.
Packaging: Each item should be returned in its original packaging with the return label provided. Incomplete or improperly packaged returns may not be fully refunded.


Special Cases:
In-Store Purchases: If you made your purchase in one of our retail locations with cash, returns must be processed at the same store.
Third-Party Purchases: Items bought from third-party retailers are not eligible for returns or exchanges through Willow. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made for their return policy.


Final Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Refunds:
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed once we receive your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged Items: Items returned in damaged condition are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order did not qualify for free shipping, you will only be refunded for the cost of the item(s) returned.
