Thank you for your interest in Willow's products and services. This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to physical goods purchased from Willow, either through our official website, cookwithwillow.com, or an authorized retailer (referred to here as the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
Willow warrants its kitchen appliances to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers issues directly resulting from manufacturing defects.
What will we do to correct problems?
If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Willow will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it with a comparable model, or refund the purchase price. Willow will bear the cost of these remedies, including standard return shipping, for verified warranty claims.
