Shipping and Order Policy for Willow

At Willow, we prioritize eco-friendly practices, including our shipping methods and packaging. All of our packaging is recyclable, helping to reduce waste and promote a healthier planet. By choosing sustainable materials, we ensure that your purchase not only benefits your kitchen but also supports a more sustainable future. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS from the date your order is placed. Once your order has been processed for shipping, we cannot cancel it. If you choose to return an item, a 15% restocking fee will apply. However, if you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund.

After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information sent to the email address you provided. Please check your spam or junk folders if you don't see it within that timeframe. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping, although delivery times may vary depending on product availability.

For backordered items, the estimated shipping date may change. You will be charged at the time of purchase to secure your item. If you decide to cancel a backorder, please contact us before it ships for a full refund. For more accurate delivery estimates or any adjustments, reach out to us at support@cookwithwillow.com.

Please note that emailing us does not guarantee that your request will be processed. We will respond as soon as possible to confirm whether we can accommodate your adjustment or cancellation. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Willow reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason.

Returns

Most items shipped via UPS can be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, all merchandise is considered final sale. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for eligible returns. 

To initiate a return, please retain all original packaging and securely repackage the item. We are unable to provide new shipping materials if the original packaging has been discarded. After notifying us, we will send you a prepaid UPS shipping label along with instructions. Once we confirm the return's arrival at our warehouse, we will process your refund, minus the 15% restocking fee, within 2-3 weeks.

Damaged Merchandise

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@cookwithwillow.com. Include your order number and images of the damaged item. Our returns team will review your information and respond within 48 business hours. Please complete this process within 14 days of delivery to ensure a prompt resolution.
